I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. The location was pretty great and the breakfast was enjoyable, but the room I stayed in was among the smallest I've ever had, unfortunately accompanied by a lingering unpleasant smell. The service was decent for the most part, but there were issues with the bathroom facilities, which did detract from the stay. Overall, it has its perks but some significant drawbacks to consider.

Gem Premier Hotel & Spa has a wonderful location and very pleasant staff. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the amenities in the room, like the mini bar and safe, were great. However, it was a bit challenging to find the hotel initially, and the television was smaller than I expected. Overall, it was a solid choice for the price.

My stay at this hotel was quite the experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything with a very kind staff who always had a smile. However, I found the room I got to be disappointingly small, especially for three people, and the view wasn't great at all. The breakfast was excellent and made up for some of the downsides, but overall, it was a mixed stay.
